Start with a service inquiry, then bring your bicycle in for intake and mechanical inspection. We check the condition of key components, explain what needs attention, and separate urgent work from optional maintenance before any repair begins.
Our general servicing covers safety inspections, standard tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. Replacement parts are quoted separately, and any extra work is completed only after approval.

For riders who want a clearer picture of their bicycle, we provide written inspection summaries, drivetrain condition notes, and a compatibility check for replacement components where needed. Seasonal maintenance reminders also help keep routine servicing from being overlooked.
Turnaround depends on the bicycle condition and the work required, with typical essential tune-up timing of two to four business days after inspection. We support drop-ins and bookings, and collection is completed with a concise service summary.
